This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and embeds no advertising or tracking services. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google or any other provider.

We process personal data only as far as necessary to deliver the website, keep it secure, measure its reach anonymously and answer your enquiries.

The website runs on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, referrer, and browser and operating system details. This serves delivery of the pages, stability and protection against attacks.

For error analysis we use Cloudflare's logging; these logs are deleted automatically after a few days.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare (Art. 28 GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR); the European Commission's standard contractual clauses apply in addition.

To understand how the website is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. The service sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and builds no user profiles. It records aggregated data such as pages viewed, referring website, country, device type and loading times; individual visitors are not recognised.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in designing the website around its use (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For the transfer to the USA, the hosting section applies.

When you use the contact form, we process your name, your email address, optionally your company, and your message in order to answer your enquiry. Providing this information is voluntary, but without it we cannot handle your enquiry.

The enquiry is not stored in a database on the website; it is passed to our mailbox via the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). You receive an automatic confirmation at the address you gave. Resend is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses apply in addition. A data processing agreement is in place with Resend.

The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle your request on the same legal bases and with the same retention period as for the contact form.

This website sets no cookies and uses neither local storage nor comparable techniques to store or read information on your device. Consent under § 25 TDDDG is therefore not required, and there is no cookie banner.

This website links to third-party sites, such as our partners. Data is only transferred to them when you follow a link; the privacy notices of the respective provider then apply.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20).

Right to object: where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner (Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte), Devrientstraße 5, 01067 Dresden, Germany.

No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
