All prices net, plus VAT. Pilot and Setup are quoted as a fixed price against a scope agreed in writing beforehand – no timesheets and no change orders for what the scope already covers. Questions about the process
How soon is there a first solution?
After the analysis, depending on scope, in two to six weeks. A single workflow is quicker; a pipeline across several systems takes longer.
How much time does our team need?
Mostly during the analysis and the parallel run: conversations at the workplaces and real cases to test with. In between, one contact who can answer questions and decide is enough.
What if the pilot does not hold up?
Then you decide whether we sharpen it or stop. The pilot is agreed at a fixed price; there is no obligation to go on to the next stage.
What does getting started cost?
The digitalisation check costs €1,490 and is credited if a follow-up order is placed within three months. A pilot starts at from €3,900, at a fixed price.
Do you work on site or remotely?
On site in Dresden and Saxony, remotely across Germany. The analysis works either way.
